1. By entering the Dream Hair competition on the Charles Worthington website, you are opting in to become a VIP and will receive emails from PZ Cussons (U.K.) Limited who, using the information you supplied, may contact you from time to time to inform you of offers, products or promotions we think you’ll be interested in, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in our emails.
3. The competition prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. The competition prize draw is open to residents of UK and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees of PZ Cussons (U.K.) Limited or its affiliate companies, their families, cohabitants, agents and anyone connected to the promotion.
6. The closing date for entry to the competition prize draw is 31/07/2010.
7. A limit of only one registration via this website per valid e-mail address/person will be accepted.
8. Registration must be completed by the registrant only at this website. Registrations made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other internet web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial competitions, subscription, notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified from this draw. The use of any device to automate the registration process is prohibited.
9. The results of the competition prize draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The competition prize draw will be carried out on 02/08/2010 under the supervision of an independent observer and the winner will be notified on this day.
11. The competition prize winner will be the first name drawn at random from all valid, completed registrations.
12. The competition prize winner's name will be made available on this website within 14 days of the competition prize draw or on request by sending a SAE within 14 days of the competition prize draw to Charles Worthington, PZ Cussons Ltd, Aviator Way, Manchester Business Park, Manchester, M22 5TG.
13. The competition prize winner may be required to participate in any post-event publicity.
14. By registering, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions.
